The description, characteristics:  Effective modern technologies in diagnostics of socially significant diseases of nervous system in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) have been offered and introduced and ways of their optimization have been offered. Modern neurophysiological technologies in diagnostics of socially significant diseases of nervous system (stroke, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, neurodegenerate diseases) have been introduced. Stabilometriya, pallesteziometriya for diagnostics of multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and correlation of the obtained data depending on type of the  disease have been carried out in Yakutia for the first time on the basis of laboratory of neuropsychophysiological researches of Medical Institute Clinic. Pallesteziometriya patent search on the developed useful model has been  carried out.

The advantages compare to other analogs:the model of the epileptologichesky center has been  developed and offered by NEFU Medical Institute Clinic on the basis of the epidemiological epilepsy researches  in Yakutsk. The description, characteristics: The method of treatment of tuberculosis  infection in children has complex, consecutive application of biological immunomodulator in combination with the sour-milk products representing a digestible form of proteins and regulating colony resistance of normal microflora in children with a tuberculosis infection, the complicated dysbacteriosis of intestines, and collateral reactions of hepatotoxic character. This method will allow to increase efficiency of chemotherapy among children with a tuberculosis infection in15%.
