Scientific activity of medical institute has good results. During the period from 2001 to 2013 78 PhDs and 5 doctors of medical science were prepared. During this period students received 8 awards in the national competition for the best student's scientific work. For these years the staff of university took out 12 patents; 36 scientific conferences among which were held 11 national and 9 international conferences. The volume of the scientific works which have been carried out by means of research part of university for 2009-2012 made 14 million rubles.
