What is the length of educational program?

To get a bachelor's degree you need to study for 4 years.

To get a master's degree you need to study 2 years

To obtain a specialist degree you need to study for 5 years.

Education at the Institute of Medicine in the programs "General Medicine", "Pediatrics", "Pharmacy", "Medical and preventive care" lasts 6 years

+1 year of preparatory education for those, who doesn’t speak Russian.

 

Can I be enrolled to study free of charge?

How much is university tuition?

In the 2019-2020 school year, the cost of education, taking into account the grant provided to foreign students, is:

Undergraduate - 125-170 thousand rubles

Master - 141 thousand rubles

Postgraduate, Residency - 162 thousand rubles

How much does training at the preparatory department cost?

Undergraduate:

Group A - 150,000 (beginner level of proficiency in Russian);

Group B - 95,000 (intermediate level of proficiency in Russian);

Group C - 74,000 (advanced level of proficiency in Russian);

Master's:

Group A - 220,000 (beginner level of proficiency in Russian);

Group B - 150,000 (intermediate level of proficiency in Russian);

Group C - 120,000 (advanced level of proficiency in Russian);

Graduate:

Group A - 250,000 (beginner level of proficiency in Russian);

Group B - 150,000 (intermediate level of proficiency in Russian);

How much does a dormitory cost?

Accommodation in a dormitory (double or triple room) for all full-time and exchange students in 2019 costs 903 rubles per month

Accommodation in a dormitory (double or triple room) for freelancers costs 7 500 rubles per month

Accommodation in a dormitory (single room) costs 15 000 rubles per month (only if available)

 

Do I need to bring bedlinen and a towel?

Dormitory provides all the students with bedlinen. You can bring it along if you wish.

Every student should bring Towels.

 

Do you have dishes in the dormitory?

Cookware for general use is available in dorm kitchens, but each student brings or purchases dishes for personal use independently.

In Yakutsk, you can buy dishes in the stores: Khozmarket, Rosstor, Bilmart, Posuda tut, Tescoma, etc.

 

How much money do I need per semester?

Students must pay the following costs:

1. Insurance - 4500 rubles per year

2. Visa extension fee - 1600 rubles

3. Also, it is necessary to plan some expenses for medical examinations, students cards etc.

4. In addition, you need money to purchase winter clothes: about 30 thousand rubles.

5. You need about 20-30 thousand rubles per month for food.

 

How much does medical insurance cost and what does it include?

Insurance costs 4,500 rubles a year and covers the following expenses:

-          Outpatient polyclinic services (Emergency primary care);

-          Ambulance (Emergency care);

-          Inpatient services (emergency hospitalization due to the presence of an immediate threat to the life of the patient);

-          Dental care (Primary health care in the form of emergency, aimed at relief of acute pain);

-          Restriction: treatment of pulpitis / periodontitis (in the amount of not more than 2 units) before setting a temporary seal;

-          Repatriation.

 

How to apply?

If you are considering the possibility of receipt on a commercial basis, documents can be submitted through the online system http://oas.s-vfu.ru/

If you are considering the possibility of receipt on a budgetary basis, documents can be submitted through the site https://future-in-russia.com/

Documents to NEFU can be submitted via the online system http://oas.s-vfu.ru/ until June 30 (for full-time students).

If you are a citizen of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus or Kazakhstan, you can be enrolled on a general budget basis.

If you are from foreign countries and considering the possibility of admission on a budgetary basis, documents can be submitted via the website https://future-in-russia.com/

When should I pass the exams?

Examinations are held from 11 to 22 July (for those who apply for the budget place on a general basis) and from 1 to 9 August (for those who apply on a commercial basis).
