По теме 2023 г. «Добывающая промышленность и права местных сообществ/ Industrie extractive et droits des riverains»,
которая состоится 16-17 октября 2023 года
в университете Бертуа (Камерун)
Эта конференция является частью проекта научного сотрудничества между Россией и Камеруном. Конференция имеет междисциплинарный характер, рассматриваются социально-экономические, правовые, экологические аспекты недропользования. Конференция направлена на развитие научных исследований в этих областях, совместную подготовку кадров для горнодобывающей отрасли.
В рамках конференции также пройдет научно-практический семинар «Предпосылки и организация научно-образовательного сотрудничества в области переработки полезных ископаемых».
Цели конференции:
• Актуализация общих для обеих стран вопросов: охрана окружающей среды, здоровье населения, местное население, совершенствование нормативно-правовой базы горнодобывающей деятельности;
• Укрепление научного сотрудничества между двумя партнерами по вопросам, связанным с добывающей промышленностью, а также, при необходимости, по другим вопросам;
• Презентация учебных программ Университета Бертуа (Камерун), Северо-Восточного федерального университета (Российская Федерация, Республика Саха (Якутия)) в области права окружающей среды, недропользования.
Предлагаются к обсуждению следующие темы:
· Экономические, социальные, экологические, правовые и технические аспекты недропользования;
· Недропользование в России и Камеруне, в других странах африканского континента;
· Сотрудничество в добывающей и обрабатывающей промышленности в России и Камеруне, в других странах африканского континента;
· Экспертиза проектов геологоразведочных работ, технических проектов, геологии, инженерии добывающей промышленности;
· Юридическая экспертиза и экспертиза безопасности (законодательство, спецификации, договоры);
· Рабочие языки конференции: английский, французский

· Требования к оформлению статей
Набор текста производится в формате Microsoft Word. Размеры основного текста статьи: кегль 12, интервал 1; все поля - 2 см. Абзацный отступ 1,25. Объем статьи – до 8 страниц.
В начале статьи приводятся:
§ инициалы и фамилия автора (авторов) на французском языке (строчные символы, выравнивание по центру);
§ место работы;
§ название статьи (все символы прописные, выравнивание по центру);
§ аннотация и ключевые слова на французском языке;
§ На первой странице приводятся в сноске сведения об авторе на французском языке, содержащие: имя отчество (полностью), фамилию, ученую степень, ученое звание, должность, место работы, электронный адрес.
Аннотация на французском языке (до 700 знаков) отделяется от текста статьи пропуском. Перечень ключевых слов включает не более 10 слов или словосочетаний.
Аннотация, ключевые слова, примечания (постраничные), сведения об авторе (в постраничной сноске) оформляются 10 кеглем, интервал 1,0.

GENRE FEATURES OF HORROR STORies FOR CHILDREN CREATED AT THE TURN OF THE XXth – XXIst CENTURIES
The article is devoted to the consideration of horror stories created at the turn of the XX – XXI centuries, in the genre aspect. This study describes the genre characteristics of the selected object of study (horror stories). The authors dwell on the considered genre in the logic of M.M. Bakhtin, who attributed the unity of the theme, composition and style to the basic characteristics of speech. The article also attempts to identify the main themes, heroes, compositional, stylistic characteristics of horror stories. Stories for children by E. Uspensky, A. Usachev, G. Naumenko, G. Oster, written in the «horror» genre at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries, were used as the material for the study.

La régulation juridique et économique des intérêts de l'Etat des structures commerciales et de la population locale en exploitation du sous-sol
sur le sujet de 2023 "Industrie extractive et droits des riverains",
qui aura lieu les 16-17 octobre 2023
à l'Université de Bertoua (Cameroun)
Ce colloque s’inscrit dans le cadre du développement de la collaboration scientifique entre la Russie et le Cameroun. Interdisciplinaire, Il envisage les aspects socio-économiques, juridiques, environnementaux de l'exploitation du sous-sol, ainsi que le développement de la recherche scientifique dans ces domaines, la formation conjointe des étudiants et personnels de l'industrie minière.
Dans le cadre du colloque, un séminaire scientifique et pratique "Conditions préalables et organisation de la coopération scientifique et pédagogique dans le domaine du traitement des minerais" se tiendra également.
Objectifs de la conférence :
• Mise au jour des problématiques communes aux deux pays : protection de l’environnement, de la santé publique, des populations locales, amélioration du cadre juridique de l’exploitation minière ;
• Renforcement de la coopération scientifique entre les deux partenaires sur les questions liées aux problèmes juridiques de l’industrie extractive, mais aussi le cas échéant à d’autres problématiques ;
• Présentation des programmes d'enseignement de l’Université de Bertoua (Cameroun), et de l'Université fédérale du Nord-Est (Fédération de Russie, République de Sakha, Yakoutie) dans le domaine de droit de’environnement et de l’exploitation minière.
· Les sujets suivants sont proposés à la discussion :
• les enjeux économiques, sociaux, environnementaux, juridiques, techniques de l'exploitation du sous-sol ;
• l'utilisation du sous-sol en Russie et au Cameroun, dans d'autres pays du continent africain ;
• Collaboration entre les industriels de l’extraction en Russie et au Cameroun, dans d'autres pays africains ;
• Expertise juridique (législation, cahiers de charges, contrats) et en matière de sécurité ;
• Responsabilité sociale et juridique des entreprises, conformité environnementale et sanitaire dans l'industrie extractive.

Invite to an international conference
"Legal and economic regulation of the interests of state commercial structures and the indigenous population in the process of subsoil exploitation",
which will take place on September 8-9, 2022
at the University of Douala (Cameroon)
This conference is part of a scientific cooperation project between Russia and Cameroon. The conference is of an interdisciplinary nature; socio-economic, legal, environmental aspects of subsoil use are considered. The conference is aimed at the development of scientific research in these areas, the joint training of personnel for the mining industry.
Conference goals:
• Actualization of issues common to both countries: environmental protection, public health, local population, improvement of the regulatory framework for mining activities;
• Strengthening scientific cooperation between the two partners on issues related to the extractive industries, as well as, if necessary, on other issues;
• Presentation of study programs of the University of Douala (Cameroon), North-Eastern Federal University (Russian Federation, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)), University of Paris Saclay (France) in the field of environmental law, subsoil use.
The following topics are proposed for discussion:
• Economic, social, environmental, legal and technical aspects of subsoil use;
• Subsoil use in Russia and Cameroon, in other countries of the African continent;
• Cooperation in mining and manufacturing industries in Russia and Cameroon, in other countries of the African continent;
• Examination of geological exploration projects, technical projects, geology, mining industry engineering;
• Legal and security expertise (legislation, specifications, contracts);

• Requirements for the articles format
Typing must be done in Microsoft Word format. Sizes of the main text of the article: size 12, spacing 1; all margins - 2 cm. Paragraph indentation 1.25. The volume of the article is up to 8 pages.
At the beginning of the article are:
•initials and surname of the author (authors) in French (lowercase characters, center alignment);
• place of work;
• title of the article (all capital letters, center alignment);
• abstract and keywords in French;
• On the first page, information about the author in French is given in a footnote, containing: first name, patronymic (in full), surname, academic degree, academic title, position, place of work, e-mail address.
Abstract in French (up to 700 characters) is separated from the text of the article by a gap. The list of keywords includes no more than 10 words or phrases.
