EDUCATION1. 1996-2000 Studied at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations. Diploma in Jurisprudence. 2. 2004-2007 full-time postgraduate study in International Law an European Law at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 2007 awarded a science degree of candidate of legal sciences (Russian PhD equivalent). WORK EXRERIENCE:2001 – 2002 The Administration of Air Transport of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Legal adviser. 2002 – 2004 Ministry of Foreign Relations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Main specialist of Department of External Economic Relations Coordination – legal adviser 2004 Cadet teacher in Baikal State University of Economics and Law (Yakutsk branch). International Public Law course.2005 Cadet teacher in St-Petersburg Humanitarian University of Tread Unions (Yakutsk branch). INTERESTS:She specializes in international public law, international organizations law, the correlations between theory of international law and international relations theory. Her researching interests also include such problematic questions as international soft law and soft organizations (like Arctic Council, Kimberly Process ets.), legal regime in Arctic, theoretical and practical aspects of international negotiations.
