1994: Graduated with a red diploma from the Faculty of Biology and Geography of Yakutsk State University named after M.K. Ammosov as a teacher of biology and chemistry. 1995-1996: Assistant, Department of Botany of the Faculty of the Biology and Geography of Yakutsk State University.

1996-1999: Graduate student of the Yakutsk State University.

In 1999 he defended his Candinate's Thesis "Climate impact on the spatio-temporal variability of the radial growth of conifers in Northern and Central Yakutia" (03.00.16. Ecology) in Sukachev Institute of Forest SB RAS (Krasnoyarsk)

1996-1999: 0,5 full-time assistant, Department of Botany of the Biology and Geography Department of Yakutsk State University.

1999-2001: Researcher in the team of the Institute of Biological Problems of Cryolithozone of the Siberian Branch RAS.
