1. The Mammoth Museum.

The only one in the world Mammoth Museum was founded in 1991 in the Yakutsk city. The Museum has more than 1400 bones of animals from the mammoth fauna. Here you can see fully reconstructed skeleton of a mammoth, woolly rhinoceros and bison, the mummy wild horse, part of the skin of the mammoth and other interesting findings.

3. People of the world khomus museum and center.

Unique People of the world khomus museum and center is based in 1990. What is a khomus? Khomus (harp) is a musical instrument related to self-sounding instrument and it is one of the most ancient musical instruments. In the world many Nations have their types of harps. At present, is known are over 162 varieties. The museum presents khomuses from England, Norway, France, Moldova, Slovakia and so on.

4. Permofrost institute.

Melnikov permofrost institute was founded in 1960. The main directions of scientific activity are the research of the permafrost evolution under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors and engineering Geocryology. An underground laboratory, the cryo-depositary and museum are situated in the Institute.  Museum visitors need to go down to a depth of 12 meters for visiting «the Snow Queen Kingdom». Here Through special «windows» you can see the layers of frozen rocks. Their age ranges in the area of the ten thousand years. The roof and walls of the "fabulous" underground space are covered by ice crystals with the most wonderful and unusual shapes

Nature park the Lena Pillars.

Is also provided the opportunity of visiting the National natural Park "Lena pillars" on the cruise «Yakutsk-Lena pillars-Yakutsk (36 hours)». The Lena river Pillars is a natural rock formation along the banks of the Lena River. The pillars are up to 150-300 meters (490-980nft) high. Fabulous stone sculptures in the form of pillars and towers stretch along the coast of the Lena for tens of kilometers. This natural monument is composed of Cambrian limestone - rock, formed over 500 million years ago. The Lena river Pillars National Park is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Complex «Chochur Muran» is located in a picturesque location on the shore of Lake Ytyk-Kyuyol, near the highest point of the valley Tuymaada - peaked mountains Chochur Muran.
