Dmitri Mironov, DOB 10/20/1936, born Churapchinsky region of Yakutia. After serving in the Soviet Army in 1958, he enrolled in the Sverdlovsk Law Institute. From 1962 to research, teaching work. DN Mironov taught at the law schools of Yaroslavl, Orenburg, Yakutsk State University and the All-Union Correspondence Institute of Law. In 1992 he was elected judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), who later headed. He was the first President of the Court before his retirement in 2014 DN Mironov - Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation. Author of over 100 scientific publications, including monographs on issues of constitutional law. He was a member of the working committee on the development of the draft Constitution (Fundamental Law) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), has made a significant contribution to the establishment of the foundations of the constitutional and legal status of the republic.
