She graduated from the history department of the Yakut State University in 1985, graduated with honors; Faculty of Law in 2000 m. Diploma with honors. PhD candidate of historical sciences awarded by the Board of the St. Petersburg University of 4 December 1991 (Minutes № 9) and approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of the USSR January 29, 1992 at the end of full-time sapisrantury.
