He organizes and coordinates the work of the University’s departments in the pedagogical direction.

He was born on February 22, 1954 in village Egolja of Njurbinsky region. In 1979 he graduated from the Mathematical faculty of the Yakut State University with a specialization of «teacher of mathematics». In 1999 he successfully defended the dissertation on a topic of «Interaction of traditional and innovative forms of the educational process’s organization in development of the national-regional education system». From 1975 to 1985 he was a teacher of mathematics and physics, an organizer of out-of-class and out-of-school work, an assistant on teaching and educational work, a director in comprehensive schools of Olekminsky and Leninsky regions. From 1985 to 1992 - the head of the national education department of Nurbinskyregion.From 1992 to 2008 - the head of information department, the first deputy minister of Education of Republic Sakha (Yakutia). From 2008 to 2010 - the head of Public service for the control and supervision in Education and Science at the President of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia). 
From January, 2011 - the Vice Rector for Pedagogical Work of NEFU.
The corresponding member of the Academy of the Education , the deserved educator Republics Sakhas (Yakutia), the excellence of education of the Russian Federation, the excellence of the state civil service Republic Sakha (Yakutia).
