Aisen Tatarinov, the deputy head of the municipal district for social issues, at the meeting with NEFU graduates told that the mining industry in the Kobyaysky District has recently been actively developing. Many companies work in the region and the most favorable conditions are created for young specialists.

He noted that despite the fact that the district has always been agricultural, such enterprises as CJSC "Prognoz" prosper mining silver and related minerals. The company plans the mining and concentration complex to be operational, equipment is already being installed. This enterprise welcomes engineers and workforce.

Other large personnel based organizations, of course, are state-owned enterprises - they are general schools, hospitals, he continued. The greatest need for staff is now in the Central District Hospital, where 25 specialists are required, from nurses to narrow specialty doctors.

Representatives of Kobyai district assured the graduates that the young workers are now in demand in districts. Thus, new four-apartment dormitories for young specialists were put into operation in different settlements. There are also state programs of departments, and annually the ulus receives about 37 units of quotas for such housing programs as "Young Family", "Sustainable Development of Rural Regions".

"Do not be afraid to start your working career in the villages. When young people come to work, we always try to solve urgent problems and provide any feasible assistance," Aisen Tatarinov said.

68 natives of the district finish their studies in 2018. Many of them are interested in the master's degree program, a number of students chose to combine work in the ulus with remote intra-extramural study. Traditional meetings are being held in the federal university following the "Youth to the village" initiative of Yegor Borisov, the Head of Sakha Republic.
