Dear professors, fellows and students! My greetings to you on the Day of Russian Science!

Scientific discoveries, creative and intellectual activities have been the basis and driving force for successful development of the State for all the times. Today, in the current context, the science is the important element of existsence and development of innovative economy and society at all.

In recent years the university indicates the growth of research, development and the publication activities of academic staff. The university has become the place that attracts people who wish to develop and to share their experience with youth and the world. Due to this continuity of knowledge NEFU takes the science center form, it is coming to be known in Russian and outside of the country as well: people want to study in our university, people want to cooperate with us, people want us to make research.

Today NEFU is one of the leading state universities. It is a huge center of research, education, innovation, think tank, technologies and expertise. The university is being actively developed. It integrates in socio-economic area of the country as the key driver of Far East economy.

I appreciate NEFU scientific community for its significant contribution to the scientific and innovative development of the University and Yakutia as well. All university achievements are the result of our joint teamwork.
