This summer, RBC magazine analyzed organizations that are established to help start-up entrepreneurs - more than 450 accelerators, incubators and technology parks. The Student Business Incubator of North-Eastern Federal University entered the top ten business incubators in Russia.

450 organizations were chosen by the journal at the beginning of the study, and only 200 companies remained with an active website or social network. Then the editorial office of RBC excluded those whose activities are limited to renting out premises, as well as foreign and corporate "cradles".

Ranking of participants was carried out according to the activity - by the number of residents and graduates. "In May, RBC asked us for data on the work of our incubator, which reflects the amount of investments attracted by residents and income for the past year. According to the results of data analysis, we entered the top 10 "live" incubators of the country", said Vasily Okhlopkov, an employee of the student business incubator "Oreh".

Let us remember that in November 2016, NEFU business incubator took the first place in the category "Best Student Business Incubator". The National Award in the field of innovative entrepreneurship is awarded by the Foundation for the Development of Innovations and Business Incubation of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
