Scientists of Yakutia, in collaboration with Japanese and Korean colleagues, continue work on cloning dogs and dream of cloning a mammoth someday, the head of the republic, Aisen Nikolaev, told RIA Novosti on EEF.

“North-Eastern Federal University together with Korean and Japanese scientists are engaged in the cloning of dogs and other animals. We are carrying out this work, and our dream – is just a dream - that someday we will be able to clone a mammoth," said Aisen Nikolaev.
