NEFU President Evgenia Mikhailova was awarded the Order of Honour

By decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, President of North-Eastern Federal University Evgenia Mikhailova was awarded the Order of Honour. The corresponding decree was published (in Russian) on Wednesday on the official portal of legal information.

Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Aysen Nikolaev congratulated Evgenia Mikhailova on being honoured with such a prestigious state award. “This is a well-deserved award for your achievements in scientific and teaching activities, training highly-skilled personnel and long-term dedicated work for the benefit of our republic! It is my sincere pleasure to wish you good health, happiness, prosperity and success in your work!" – wished Aysen Nikolaev.

The Order of Honour is awarded to citizens for outstanding results in state-building, in industrial, research, social, cultural, public, and charitable activities that have made a significant impact in improving people’s living conditions, for achievements in training highly-skilled personnel, educating the younger generation, and supporting law and order.
