Many universities nationwide - from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok - are experiencing a real boom of interest from African students: there are about 17 thousand students. Medicine and pharmaceuticals, economics and the oil and gas business, construction and electric power are the main specialties that young people from a hot continent study.
