There is a tradition of summing up to see out the old year. Meet the upcoming year with plans and expectations. We all understand that future success is primarily the result of work done in the past and present. But the New Year holidays are special, which bring an atmosphere of magic and miracle into our lives, inspire optimism and make strong.

2019 promises to be rich in events. Russia is preparing to hold the World Winter Universiade, the implementation of ambitious national projects "Science" and "Education" begins. The new year will certainly set new goals and tasks. I believe that together we will achieve great success and high results, we will write bright and significant pages in the history of 2019.
