Most of the freshmen entered NEFU Institute of Engineering and Technology

This year, 228 freshmen and 48 master students entered the Institute of Engineering and Technology at North-Eastern Federal University. The average result of the Unified State Exam was 62.1 points. The students of “Architecture” specialty got the highest points - 77.25 points.

Director of the Institute Terenty Kornilov said that the institute joined the European Union's Tempus GREENMA program. "This is an international training system of master students in the field of energy and resource conservation and environmental protection through projects of interuniversity cooperation. This year, 26 master students enrolled for “Energy saving and energy efficiency in buildings” specialty. Next year we will open this specialty for bachelors", said Terenty Kornilov.

This year, 156 NEFU freshmen will receive larger scholarship, third of them are the future engineers. 14 freshmen of the Institute with the exam results more than 220 points got valuable gifts. "I wish freshmen to manage their time better, do not waste it. As a student, they should do their best to get professional skills", said the institute director.
