Evgenia Mikhailova, Rector of North-Eastern Federal University, was awarded the distinction "Leader of Change" by decision of the Board of the Ministry of Enterprise Development and Tourism of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

University partners took part in the solemn meeting devoted to NEFU fifth anniversary. Ekaterina Kormilitsyna, Minister of Enterprise Development and Tourism of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), said: " NEFU mission is focused on realization of the university concept, included in the regional development, which is based on the idea of ​​the university formation as a research and innovation center, providing a high level of educational process, research and technological developments in the region".

Congratulating the University on the fifth anniversary, the Minister told the students: "Birthday of the university is our common holiday. Holiday of those who are studying and studied.
