Eight leading foreign scientists have become members of the Editorial Board of the periodical “Vestnik of the NEFU”

Academic periodical “Vestnik of the NEFU” launched an international work of the Editorial Board, the members of which are the leading Russian and foreign scientists. According to the editors of “Vestnik of the NEFU”, this will be one of the first steps to transition to a new standard of articles adopted by leading international editions and international database Scopus.

The Editorial Board includes scientists from eight countries: Japan, Italy, UK, Mongolia, USA, Korea, Slovakia and Russia. They are the representatives of the leading universities such as the University of Sapporo, the University of Genoa, Queen Mary University of London, Mongolian University of Science and Technology, Myongji University and others.

Now worldwide experts will review articles of the university scientists. Doctor of Technical Sciences, NEFU Professor Aytalina Okhlopkova pointed that it will initiate growth of the number of qualitative articles. “Professor Jin-Ho Cho, whom I represent, is specialized in the chemical sciences. He is an international expert and has wide experience in working with scientific texts”.

Academic peer-reviewed periodical “Vestnik of the NEFU named after M.K. Ammosov” is a multidisciplinary journal. It was founded in March 2004 and six times a year is in press. The journal publishes articles of teaching staff, university staff, graduate students and master’s students of not only the federal university, but also other partner research and educational organizations of Yakutsk and regions of Russia.
